I am passionate about supporting college-aged women, expatriate families, and individuals facing major transitions. International women new to NYC often feel isolated, overwhelmed, or uncertain of their identity while adapting to new cultures, careers, or family dynamics. Expat children face academic, social, and emotional challenges in private or international schools. Young women—in university or early careers—frequently struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt. As an international trailing spouse raised in hyper-competitive NYC private schools, I deeply understand the search for belonging, identity, and direction.
