I'm a warm and relational provider who specializes in working with emerging adults, high-achieving women, a history of sexual abuse or sexual trauma, members of the LGBT+ community, anxiety and depression, current or historical family conflict, and relationship exploration. I also work with couples seeking to learn how to better understand their relationship, communicate in healthier ways with each other, and build more emotional intimacy.
