Throughout my fifteen years of practice as a counselor and art therapist, I have been privileged to work alongside adolescents and adults in their healing journeys. My aim is to create a safe and nurturing environment that helps empower you to navigate life's difficulties. In our work together, we will lean on your innate strengths to increase resilience, compassion and self-awareness. I enjoy helping my clients develop strategies for coping with symptoms of ADHD, processing trauma, moving through grief and managing anger, depression and anxiety.
