My practice offers a safe, warm, & non-judgmental environment for patients to open up their minds and become the best they can be. I use a strength's based approach to start by acknowledging what each patient does well; we build on that to address areas s/he is struggling in and establish goals to work towards. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to help each patient get the individualized approach s/he needs to be successful.
