My name is E. Penny Jacobo and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I believe many of our problems in life can be managed by changing our own thoughts and perspectives. We are usually more capable and powerful than we give ourselves credit for and I aim to help others find and use their own inner strength to solve their problems. I work with clients to identify cognitive distortions and change them. I also believe that taking the time to pause and be present at the moment is crucial to creating insight into our lives and our problems.
