I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a nationally certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) therapist. In my work, I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship, while also providing gentle structure when it is helpful. DBT focuses on the present moment and emphasizes building practical life skills. While we cannot change the past, we can work together to strengthen resilience, cultivate hope, and create meaningful change using evidence-based strategies.
