I believe in providing a supportive space where clients can feel heard, reflect, and take steps toward meaningful change. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, mood disorders, racial identity, intergenerational trauma, relationship challenges, boundary-setting, and perfectionism. As a second generation Korean American, I have a particular interest in supporting Asian Americans and bring a culturally attuned lens to our work.
