There’s a part of you that already knows how to heal. My role is to help you reconnect with it, gently and safely. I work with highly sensitive individuals who often feel deeply but struggle to feel seen. Many of my clients are adult children of emotionally immature parents, perfectionists, helpers, or cycle-breakers navigating trauma, burnout, or self-worth wounds.
