It is natural to seek support when we feel overwhelmed, confused, fearful or depressed.The therapeutic process offers us the opportunity to build on skills that we already have in order to find relief, hope and healing. My work combines practices of narrative therapy (examining the beliefs we have about ourselves), cognitive behavioral work (paying attention to our thoughts), expressive therapy (healing through art and writing) and mindfulness exercises.
