My belief is that therapy is a collaborative process that includes integration of culture, values, and morals for couples and families. I believe that therapy is a journey where we utilize story-telling to explore different patterns of anxiety, distress, and grief to create a narrative that feels comfortable and aligns with your goals as a couple or family. I specialize in working with couples and families to increase family empowerment and give couples and families a sense of unity. I provide support for couples that are experiencing infidelity, relationship stress, and infertility. I offer support for families struggling with conflict, relationship tension, and co-parenting issues.
