I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 3 years of experience, and I love hearing others’ stories. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, sexual abuse, grief, and personality disorders. My goal is to help people uncover self-defeating thought patterns, stop self-sabotaging behaviors, and heal the wounds of past trauma and abuse. I believe that when we don’t receive the consistency, nurturing, and instruction we need and deserve as children, it creates deficits that can be rectified and healed.
