I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in the state of Florida. I earned my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University and have been working in the field for over six years. I work with clients of all ages, from teenagers to older adults, helping them tap into their strengths, build self-esteem, and navigate the challenges they’re facing. My goal is to support clients in creating a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful—a life they’re truly excited to wake up to each day. In our first session, my main focus will be on building a strong therapeutic connection with you. I’ll take the time to get to know your personality, your life circumstances, and what’s bringing you to therapy, so we can create a foundation of trust and understanding from the start.
