Many clients come to me experiencing stress with family, relationships and career. I serve adults who are faced with anxiety, depression, grief, substance use and other issues. Our culture continues to apply pressure in so many areas. The need to have a trusted professional counselor walk along side to help make meaning of circumstances can be tremendously healing and helpful. Understanding "the why behind the what;" how our thoughts and emotions can play a part; creating new chapters; and paving a stronger path together is the common goal we seek.
