As individuals navigate life, they may encounter experiences that feel confusing, overwhelming, or traumatic. At times the journey may feel steady and manageable, while at other moments it may involve significant emotional distress. My role is to provide clinical support and therapeutic guidance through family systems therapy, a symbolic–experiential approach, and EMDR. Together, we will develop a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in authenticity, trust, and respect, with the appropriate use of humor when clinically indicated. I provide support for anxiety, depression, grief, attachment, and relationship dynamics.
