About
Who you are--how you think, feel and interact--has been shaped by many relationships over time. So it makes sense that a new relationship--with a therapist attuned to subtle but essential aspects of your experience--can facilitate discovery and change. I work deeply and sensitively with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties. My aim is not only to help alleviate symptoms but also to help you gain access to a fuller range of emotions, greater freedom of choice, and a more vital sense of self. I have advanced training in addiction treatment and understand that no one approach works for everyone. I have also worked extensively with college students and young adults. I am passionate about helping couples deconstruct their negative cycles of interaction in order to create new forms of movement and engagement.
