Hello, I'm Liz, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience. My journey in mental health therapy has been deeply rooted in a trauma-informed approach, and I have dedicated much of my career to helping individuals understand personality disorders—their own and those of family members. I have a strong connection with the LGBTQIA+ community and extensive experience working with children through music, art, and theater. Additionally, I have supported many clients who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I use EMDR as part of my trauma treatment. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I reject stigmatizing labels.
