I aim to create a warm, open, and empathetic environment to help clients identify and increase their mental and emotional strengths to promote healing, balance, and growth. I provide therapeutic services to adult individuals and couples from a systemic perspective and believe clients should have an active voice in their treatment process. I provide therapy to adult individuals and couples for a variety of different presenting issues, including but not limited to: posttraumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, religious trauma, anxiety, narcissistic abuse survivors, grief & loss, post-divorce stepparenting and blended family issues, and relationship issues.
