Many of the people I work with come to therapy carrying the weight of trauma—whether from a specific event, difficult relationships, or years of navigating chronic stress. I’m a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish) who values creating a space where clients feel understood and supported. This often shows up as anxiety, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. It can feel even more complicated during life transitions like pregnancy, postpartum, or navigating identity, especially for BIPOC clients who may also be managing the effects of systemic and generational trauma.
