As a therapist, I want to help you explore your inner most struggles and to find healing. I believe you are resourceful and resilient person and my passion is to help you discover and utilize this to find relief from your symptoms. I like to work with adults who want to explore ways to enhance the strengths you already have. I don't have the answers for you, but I can help you uncover the answers within yourself. I believe unconditional positive regard and compassion can go a long way. Since online therapy is proven to be equally as effective as in person treatment for depression, anxiety and PTSD, I am confident we can build skills, use EMDR, or classic CBT to get you feeling better.
