This suppression of our real feelings, experiences, challenges may influence our behavior in unpredictable and negative ways and leave us feeling isolated, hopeless and alone. No matter what you’re feeling or facing, you are not alone and there is hope. Working with a skilled therapist leads to healing and growth. My integrative approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and Somatics. I offer a safe & non-judgmental environment.
