Entering therapy is a courageous but also an exciting step. To feel at home within oneself and to have a sense of freedom to truly live your life, not someone else's, is a wonderful and joyous goal to pursue. I am an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Consultant offering supervision and certification to other therapists and deep experience to my clients. I also have advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy which in conjunction with EMDR is profoundly effective. I work with a full range of mood disorders, depression, anxiety, performance anxiety, marital and parenting concerns, career, and self esteem issues. I work with adults and adolescents.
