Hello! I believe therapy should happen in a judgment-free, empathetic atmosphere where you can feel safe to explore your wellness goals. I strive to create genuine, meaningful, and personalized connections with clients. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and I tend to work well with those who are seeking support to heal trauma, overcome behavioral issues, balance mood and life, understand and improve symptoms of ADHD, or navigate difficult relationships that they want to embrace, change, or end. Working with families and those who will or have become parents is also a passion of mine.
