Welcome! I work with teens, adults, and people in relationships who are ready for meaningful, lasting change. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals and communities who have felt the need to compress, hide, or reshape parts of themselves to feel safe or accepted and survivors of childhood trauma. I believe that our mental health and relational challenges make sense in the context of our lived experiences, and that change is not only possible—it may already be beginning simply by exploring support. My approach is integrative and holistic, drawing from insight-oriented therapy, mind–body awareness, and practical skills. It is also liberatory, meaning we’ll consider both your internal world and the external forces that impact it, working to expand your sense of agency while honoring your lived reality.
