As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), I am committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My approach is eclectic, I draw from a wide range of therapeutic styles and modalities, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. While I incorporate many approaches, my work is primarily rooted in trauma-informed care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with additional tools from DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-based practices.
