Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Connecticut. I have 6 years of experience working with children and adolescents on an inpatient hospital unit and their home-based setting as an Ilcaps Clinician. I received my Masters from UCONN School of Social Work in 2020. Working with clients I focus on utilizing a strengths-based approach to improve self-esteem, adaptive functioning, and maintaining secure relationships with others. I have experience working with a wide range of diagnoses, including ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and psychosis. In our first session together, we’ll start with introductions and spend time getting to know each other, then we will dive into the challenges that are impacting your daily functioning and areas you wish to improve. Utilizing this information we will establish an individualized engagement treatment plan to continue to work through in follow-up sessions.
