I have worked in the field for over 20 years, in a variety of roles that have afforded me a skill set and approach for which I am proud. I work with all populations (children, adults, elderly, couples and families). I come from an attachment, trauma and family systems perspective. I have extensively treated several mental health and substance use disorders. I focus on the strengths of the individual or family as well as their goals for engaging in treatment. I work collaboratively with community partners including schools, Primary Care, Psychiatry and any individuals or organizations involved with the care of the client.
