I am a registered marriage and family therapist intern dedicated to working with families, couples, individuals, and children. I always strive to build a strong rapport and safe space for my clients to share and grow. I believe in a client-centered perspective and incorporate aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy and a multigenerational approach. I have experience leading group therapy and specialize in supporting individuals impacted by addiction, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders.
