Hey ya’ll, I'm Elizabeth and I hope to make your search for the right therapist a little less frustrating. Finding someone you connect with can be difficult, so I try to be upfront about my style and approach. I am very laid back but also straightforward with my clients, and I don’t use a one-size-fits-all strategy. If you are looking for a therapist who uses worksheets, gives lots of homework, or sticks to a standardized treatment plan (no offense to these therapists), I’m probably not for you. Instead, I will work with you to identify the areas of your life that aren’t working well and are leading you to feel whatever feeling it
