I believe that health and wholeness are fostered by authentic connection- to self, to others, and to the larger web of life. From my perspective, the therapeutic process is about intentionally creating and experiencing connections, especially to one's self, that support the development of resilience and empowerment, and ultimately healing and thriving. I aim to create an alliance with my clients that promotes a felt sense of safety so that curiosity, exploration, self-reflection, and connection are possible.
