I'm so glad you're here. The world can feel like an inhospitable home at times. Relationships can be unsettled, self-medicating can dominate, and the past can haunt like a persistent ghost. Healing is necessary, because you are necessary. No matter how you may have struggled, there is no one else quite like you, and the world needs the magic that you possess. Therapy is about coming home to yourself - physical body, emotional body or heart, and mind. As it's said, the body keeps the score.
