I aim to help my clients build resilience and improve their tools to cope with life’s many challenges by fostering collaborative client-centered relationships. I work with parents, children, adolescents, couples, and families. I am particularly passionate about working with parents of autistic children, helping them to find joy, satisfaction, and growth in parenting. The increased mental load and challenges of parenting autistic children, particularly in a society that is not designed for autistic people, can lead to feelings of isolation, but you are not alone. I am here to support you through this journey.
