I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 21 years licensed in both Arizona and Colorado. I have worked with a wide variety of clients including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, trauma, grief, suicide prevention, and substance use. My therapy style is optimistic and supportive. I believe in treating everyone with reverence, kindness, and empathy. I think it is extremely important not to place individuals into any category or disparage with labels.
