I have a passion for using creative and effective interventions to help individuals and families heal trauma, embrace neurodiversity, and deepen attuned relationships. I am also skilled and passionate about working with First Responder families who are often left unsupported as they manage trauma and occupational stress which affects all members of their families. My clients come to therapy to reflect on their lives and make connections between past experiences and present reactions.
