I am dedicated to supporting individuals confronting a range of mental health and interpersonal challenges. My experience includes assisting clients who have navigated complex issues such as suicidal ideation, domestic violence, and sexual abuse. Additionally, I have worked with individuals experiencing ADHD, substance use disorders, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder. I employ a client-centered approach, recognizing that each individual is the expert in their own journey.
