I help individuals, couples, and families comprehend their goals by using appropriate and suitable diagnoses, assessments, and a variety of evidence-based treatment interventions. I embrace the counseling profession’s importance on progress, wellness, encouragement, and empowerment when working with clients facing problems and seeking our support. I provide a warm and welcoming environment that allows clients to feel safe and secure in order to open themselves up when they feel ready. I am here as a tool to guide and encourage my clients by working with them and helping them to develop a plan to be able to achieve their goals.
