I use evidence-supported treatments in my practice. I specialize in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and other anxiety disorders in older adolescents and adults. I also treat depression, relationship issues, and life transition challenges. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure/response prevention, and mindfulness/acceptance techniques. I hone and expand my skills through reading, conference attendance, consultation, and the review of ongoing research. I also have decades of past experience treating children and families, divorce, and implementing Collaborative Problem Solving (Think:Kids).
