I am passionate about supporting children and adults to heal from past hurt, whether it be from an event they might name as "trauma" or from a series of challenges. I work to support the whole person- mind, body, and spirit- and I integrate different techniques (including expressive therapy). I also invite individuals to bring spiritual parts of themselves to the work, e.g., their passions, beliefs, values and meaning-making systems. I work from a self-as-instrument model and also am interested in supporting providers and caregivers so they can be their best for the people they support.
