Hi, I’m Elizabeth, a counseling intern at Sunshine Psychotherapy in Tucson, Arizona. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges. My goal is to create a compassionate, judgment-free space where clients can explore emotions safely and begin to heal. I use a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, drawing from play therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and expressive arts to support emotional growth and self-understanding. For younger clients, sessions often include creative activities like play, drawing, and storytelling to help them expres I specialize in helping children and adults build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen self-awareness. Through creative and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients in developing resilience and confidence to navigate life’s challenges.
