Relationships are necessary and influential parts of every person’s life. Healthy interpersonal relationships are fulfilling and life-enhancing. However, every relationship is bound to encounter problems. My understanding of the importance of relationships spurs my passion for working with couples, families, and individuals who are experiencing relational struggles. Through a systemic lens, I consider how different areas of a client's life both affect and are affected by a presenting issue. I integrate Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help clients meet their relational goals.
