Elizabeth takes a patient-centered approach using mindfulness techniques that include the correlation of body, mind and spirit. She offers individual therapy to adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, PTSD, substance misuse, anger management, self-esteem, major life changes, weight management and eating disorder. She practices Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and techniques drawn from decision making skills and stress management.
