Maybe it’s time to finally choose peace instead of survival. Unresolved trauma need not interrupt your life and your personal relationships. I specialize in working with first responders and veterans. I use a multi-model approach to fit each client's style and needs. I specialize in Client Centered, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. The mind's only job is to protect the body, our fear inducing thoughts that keep us in a constant state of alarm serve a purpose. Together we will question the mind's beliefs and start to sort the beliefs that serve us in the goals that we have established.
