As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with clients in a way that encourages personal responsibility, individual choice, and movement toward empowered ways of being. Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed, or generally stuck in some area of your life, therapy could offer the next step toward a more fulfilled way of living. I utilize a variety of approaches, including humanistic, trauma-informed, and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) to offer a holistic psychotherapeutic experience. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families. My private practice is located in downtown Nevada City. My aim is to provide a safe, healing relationship and presence to promote your ability to move beyond stagnant patterns. By identifying and transforming maladaptive thoughts and behaviors, we will work together to create more satisfying ways of being with one's self and in relationships.
