I believe that therapeutic listening can support us as humans to clarify our own intentions and hear our truth. Modern external life challenges like relationships, balancing career and family, and unforeseen hurdles can leave us unbalanced and disconnected. My ideal client is looking for a beacon within themselves that I hope to shine a light to bring back to center. As a mother, entrepreneur and self-starter of many fulfilling endeavors, realizing that the grounded connection to our own inner voice is fundamental in generating a meaningful life also plays a role in what I bring to the table as a mentor, champion and resource.
