I am a clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience in private practice, licensed in both California and New York. I specialize in women's mental health, with a focus on postpartum disorders and complex trauma. I am most aligned with Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and Trauma-Focused CBT, as well as other evidence-based therapies that support clients' progression from adversity to growth.
