I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth services across the state of CA. I believe that the hardships of your past don't define you and that real change is possible. I work with college students and adults and specialize in anxiety, trauma and navigating through life transitions. I work with college students to successfully navigate new stressors that college life may bring as well as those in their 20s and 30s wanting to balance the challenges of work, friends and self-care. I often work with those exploring issues of identity and sexuality as well.
