Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Indiana. I received my Masters from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and have been practicing for 7 years. I help people of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, grief and trauma become the best versions of themselves. I look forward to helping you start your journey to healing. I enjoy working with clients of all ages who are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about life challenges. Having worked as a mental health therapist for the past 7 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
