Therapy has the capacity to help us grow and change in ways we didn't know we were capable of. I believe that this change occurs in the trust and safety that is established in the therapeutic relationship. In my practice, I work to provide a space that is welcoming and non-judgmental as I allow people to share their experiences and losses, feel listened to and cared for. Clients describe me as empathic, direct, and goal oriented. My expertise is in helping people who are going through transitions or losses, especially young adults. As an art therapist, I have a background and expertise in helping people in the creative industries.
