I am a licensed therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their sense of self, purpose, and resilience. I specialize in EMDR and CBT, but I use a blend of evidence-based approaches to support healing in a collaborative and compassionate space. When I’m not providing therapy, I love spending time with my loved ones, going on long walks with my dog while listening to an audiobook or podcast, catching live music and concerts of all kinds, playing volleyball, and getting out on the golf course whenever I can.
