I am passionate about creating a safe and collaborative space in counseling, so that we can work together to help identify your inner strengths, learn coping strategies, and cultivate the life you want to live. I have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health, including pregnancy and postpartum, and would love to support you as a parent/future parent, in coping with the challenges that season of your life may bring. I also enjoy working with individuals who may be questioning their identity or navigating intersecting identities and wanting to live more authentically.
