I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, California. I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC). I work with adolescent and adult clients statewide via telehealth. I have several years of experience with helping clients improve anxiety, depression, and overall stress symptoms that life and life transitions create. I am a therapist who is passionate about helping people heal, grow and discover their strengths. What you can expect from our first session together is for us to spend the majority of our time talking about how you’ve been feeling recently, and me asking questions to begin understanding the source of your feelings. The first session is about us building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should start.
